Sahi Chronicles Part 4

Captain Sahi is checking in up from the Bay Area.
 Cold Stella, don't mind if I do!
 Arugula, bell pepper, onion, mustard and salmon. 'Bout as high protein as you can get Bub. 
 Eggs and mushrooms anybody?
 From left to right: Yogurt with pickled mangoes, Guinness (gives you strength!). Homemade Indian bread stuffed with cauliflower, red onion, jalapeno, ginger and garlic. Mustard greens, spinach with homemade farmers cheese! It's good to visit mom.
 Some good Cajun juice right there!
 Shrimp fried rice for breakfast? Why not.
 Bam!
 Wash it down with some red wine.
 And some damn good lookin' Elk sausage. Makin me hungry!
