Mandatory Bloggery- New England Patriots @ San Diego Chargers

Every couple of years the Patriots come to San Diego and put a hurting on the Chargers.
Win or lose (which rarely happens to the Pats), we always have a good time. Football season is a great feasting time of the year.

Since my dad bought tickets to the game, I cooked up a tri tip for my old man.

Some of the bubs were over. They stayed and watched the game at the house.

Needless to say, the tri-tip was a great success.

Sold out game at Qualcomm stadium.

The place was packed with Pats fans. I was stoked to be sitting on the visitors side.

Fuckin' place was completely sold out.

Not the biggest of jumbo t.v.'s...

Hulk Hogan!

My mom was with us. It was her first professional football game.

After searching around because I refused to drink Bud Light, I found a Green Flash. So psyched!

I'll admit it wasn't the best Patriots first half but Gostowski kept the Pats in it with a couple of field goals.Chargers WR Malcom Floyd caught a touchdown from QB Philip Rivers. Then next Patriots drive, WR Brandon LaFell fumbled the ball, Chargers defense scooped it up for a touchdown just like that. I was happy that the Patriots were staying within striking distance. 

I think this was when Ladarius Greene got laid the fuck out and knocked outta the game. NOT MY TE!

Patriots defense seems to have a knack for making big defensive plays, unfortunately this one was called back.

Then Gronkowski caught an awesome touchdown right in front of us (sort of).

Tons of Pats fans. Didn't even really feel like a Chargers home game.

Security was in full force.

After a piss break I made it back for more beer.

One thin I remember about the game was all the squatting we were doing. One person stands up, everyone stands up. Up and down, up and down all game long.

Not sure whats going on here. 

Gotta love them Charger girls.

After a scoreless 3rd quarter the Patriots took the lead with another field goal.

Ol' glory.

Number 12! The man, the legend!

Patriots were on a tear on all sides of the ball.

Then the Patriots scored another touchdown to WR, Julian Edelman and put the final nail in the coffin for the evening.

Patriots defense fucking killed it with some good smashmouth football and big plays.

The game dwindled down and the crowd started chanting "BRADY, BRADY, BRADY, BRADY!" It was fucking awesome!

It was a great game, my wife had a blast.

Patriots won!
